1.1 Mutual Respect Respect every camper, committee member, mentor, and guest. Maintain courtesy, respect differing opinions, avoid abusive language or discrimination, and foster an inclusive learning environment.
1.2 Team Spirit Actively participate in group activities, support each other, and complete challenges together.
1.3 Youth Leadership Image Demonstrate responsibility, integrity, and discipline suitable for youth leaders.
⏰ 2. Discipline & Attendance / 活动纪律

2.1 Punctuality & Roll Call Attend all sessions on time. Repeated unexcused absences/tardiness will face disciplinary actions. Early departures require prior approval.
2.2 Active Participation Engage fully in lectures, forums, and workshops. Do not be a passive bystander.
2.3 Follow Organizers' Directives Comply with committee instructions. Report special circumstances to group leaders immediately.
2.4 Night Curfew (12:00 AM) Return to accommodation before 12:00 AM and report to your team leader for mandatory headcounts.

3.1 Unauthorized Departure Prohibited Do not leave the camp premises without explicit permission from organizers.
3.2 Personal Safety Follow safety protocols during activities. Dangerous or illegal acts are strictly forbidden.
3.3 Personal Accountability Campers are responsible for their actions. Organizers hold no liability for injuries or losses resulting from rule violations.
3.4 Buddy System Travel with a partner/group at all times. Avoid isolated or unfamiliar areas alone. Notify team leaders before leaving activity zones.

4.1 Hygiene & Property Care Maintain cleanliness. Property damage caused intentionally must be compensated.
4.2 Rest Period Courtesy Keep noise levels low during rest hours to respect roommates and other guests.
5.1 Team Leader & Member Roles Team leaders monitor member safety and check-ins; members must coordinate, maintain contact, and avoid acting independently.
